No contact information for the tour operator was provided. Called (at our international phone rate expense) Viator customer support and was told that the tour operator never received the booking and other than a refund there was nothing that could be done. That was our last day in Belfast and the tour was the one thing we wanted to do. Very poor performance on both Viator and the tour operator that they contracted with.”
